Вкусный и ароматный бургер придется вам по вкусу. А особенно приятно то, что этот бургер полезен. Особенно оценят его мамы, которым так сложно заставить ребятенка кушать овощи, а особенно брокколи. Замаскированные брокколи в котлете мало кто найдет, и кушать такой ароматный бургер ребенок будет с большим удовольствием.

Мясо / Овощи / Говядина / Брокколи / Морковь / Молочные продукты / Сыр / Фарш
Блюдо:
Бутерброды / Закуски / Бургеры / Гамбургер
Ингредиенты:
- Говяжий фарш — 500 Грамм
- Брокколи — 100 Грамм (можно использовать замороженную, ее легче натирать на терке )
- Морковь — 100 Грамм
- Растительное масло — По вкусу
- Кетчуп, горчица или майонез — По вкусу
- Салатные листья — 1 Пучок
- Соль, черный молотый перец — По вкусу
- Свежий огурец — 3 Штуки (или помидоры)
- Булочки для бургера — 4 Штуки
- Сыр твердый — 150 Грамм

Как приготовить «Бургер "Овощные прятки"»
Для приготовления возьмите говяжий фарш, морковь, брокколи, соль, перец, кетчуп, горчицу, салатные листья, свежие огурцы или помидоры, растительное масло для жарки и твердый сыр. Можно взять бутербродный мягкий плавленый сыр для тостов. Отдельно нужно приобрести булочки для бургера.
Фарш поместите в мисочку. Добавьте натертую на терке морковь.
На терке натрите брокколи. Добавьте брокколи к фаршу и перемешайте. Добавьте соль, черный молотый перец, специи по вкусу.
Поставьте фарш в холодильник на 15-20 минут. Он уплотнится. Из охлажденного фарша сформируйте котлетки для бургера.
Обжарьте котлетки на разогретой сковороде с двух сторон до готовности. Пока котлетки жарятся, разрежьте булочки пополам. По вкусу каждую половинку булочки смажьте кетчупом или горчицей.
На половинку булочки выложите нарезанные огурчики или помидоры. Я предпочитаю использовать огурец.
Промытые салатные листья выложите сверху.
На вторую половинку булочки выложите соус, после — обжаренную котлетку.
На горячую котлетку выложите кусочек сыра. Я использую твердый сыр, но если у вас тостовый сыр, он расплавится сам по себе от жара котлеты. Если вы используете твердый сыр, поместите половинку булочки с котлетой и сыром на 30 секунд в микроволновку. Сыр расплавится, но с булочки не убежит.
Соберите бургер, соединив две половинки булочки. Вот наша закуска и готова.
